Here our Director of Food Services Doug Foss P '23, '26 provides recipes, cooking tips, and other help for students and families to navigate cooking and eating healthy while staying at home.
Fruit: Pears, apples, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries
Vegetables: morel mushrooms, chanterelle mushrooms, 4 varieties of potatoes (red, Yukon gold, Russian red, banana fingerling), 8 different beans for drying, sugar snap peas, cucumbers, onions, garlic, eggplant, red cabbage, peppers, tomato, kale, Swiss chard, baby greens, fresh herbs, butternut & spaghetti squash, exotic pumpkins
Flowers: lots of sunflowers and pest fighting flowers (marigold, zinnia, etc.)
Animals: ducks, chickens, rabbits, parakeets, cats, and the dog. (and two kids)
