TAPA Community Service Scholarship Application

Deadline for Submissions

General Application - To be completed online by Friday, April 28, 2017 at noon.

Reference Letter - Also due by Friday, April 28, 2017 at noon.

Required Application Components

Reference Letter - Your application must include a reference letter written by a project supervisor from your primary community service organization, on the organization's official letterhead. The letter can be mailed or hand-delivered to John Murphy in the Student Commons. If the letter is mailed, it must be postmarked on or before Friday, April 28, 2017. If it is hand-delivered, it must be in Mr. Murphy's possession by that same date (4/28/17). The letter should be enclosed in an envelope addressed as follows:

→ C/O Mr. John Murphy and Mrs. Michelle Flaherty P'19

Essay - The application includes one essay question, which must be at least two pages in length.

Electronic Signature - Submission of the online application will be considered an electronic signature, swearing that all information given on the form is true and accurate.

Good Academic Standing - Applicants must be in good academic standing to receive an award. Academic standing will be confirmed with the registrar during the review process.

Note: Any additional materials submitted with the application and reference letter will not be considered.
