- Welcome and farm tour
- Set up camp
- Dinner and clean up
- Evening at Carite 3.0

- Breakfast (students will take part in meal prep, cooking, and clean up)
- Environmental Art Workshop with renowned artist Jaime Suarez
- Lunch
- Farm work (composting, seed germination, planting, weeding)
- Dinner, clean up (students will take part in meal prep, cooking, and clean up), and reflection
- Evening at Carite 3.0

- Cocoa Workshop: Ethnobotany and the History of Cocoa
- Lunch
- Farm work (composting, seed germination, planting, weeding)
- Dinner, clean up (students will take part in meal prep, cooking, and clean up), and reflection

- Medicinal Plant Workshop: Nature's First Aid Kit
