Join Joani Geltman,  MSW, for an informative session on the hot topics facing parents today. Geltman has a master's degree in Social Work as well as over 30 years of experience working with parents, children, schools, and community groups. Geltman will bring her unique brand of "infotainment," using humor and storytelling; she will send parents home with a "goody bag" of helpful techniques to use at home.

TAPA is sponsoring three "Ask Joani" sessions. In these two-hour sessions, Geltman will answer questions of parents navigating their ways through their children's early adolescent and teenage years. Registrants of each session may send questions ahead of time so that Geltman may prepare focused topics for each particular session that will be applicable to the audience. Geltman will then open it up to additional questions and concerns on raising teens and provide concrete strategies to meet these challenges.

*Please note: You may only attend one “Ask Joani” session to ensure as many interested parents as possible have the opportunity to take part.

If you have any questions, please contact Chrissy Dahlheimer at cdahlheimer@thayer.org or (781) 664-2517.
