To get to know our new faculty and staff a little better, we asked them to answer a few questions from the Proust Questionnaire--the famous questionnaire that Vanity Fair asks celebrities to answer on its back page. Today we introduce Ms. Sara Kelley-Mudie, the new Upper School Librarian. Sara earned her Bachelor's in English at Connecticut College, and earned Master's degrees at Kent State University and the Teachers College at Columbia University.
What is your most marked characteristic? My laugh. A student once said the best way to do an impression of me would be just to laugh a lot; he wasn't wrong.
What do you most value in your friends? I've moved a lot, so I have friends all over the country. The friendships that have stood the test of time are the ones where we can pick up the conversation right where we've left off, even if it's been months (or years!) since we've talked.
Which talent would you most like to have? I wish I were more musical. I am, slowly but surely, trying to teach myself how to play the ukulele.
What is your motto? Relentless Optimism
