The 37th annual Marilyn Legg Holiday Gift Drive is underway

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The 37th Annual Marilyn Legg Holiday Toy Drive kicked off Monday, Nov. 18. Through this effort, the Thayer community brings holiday cheer to hundreds of local children, continuing the tradition started by the previous administrative assistant to the head of school, Marilyn Legg P ‘88.

Thayer students can sign up to purchase gifts and help fulfill the wishes of local children in need. The donated gifts will be distributed to the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Head Start, and South Boston Neighborhood House. We aim to provide gifts for over 600 children this year!

Thayer’s team of holiday elves are collecting gifts and gift cards for donation now through Wednesday, Dec. 11. Questions? Reach out to Erica Dunne and Skip Schneider.
