Conferral Day
  • The Board of Trustees will vote to confer diplomas to the senior class.
  • At 9:30 a.m., a short video ceremony will be posted with a message from Mr. Koskores. Mr. Thompson will read award citations and winners.
  • At 10 a.m., the process of delivering diplomas and awards will begin. These will be delivered by Thayer advisors, administrators, and faculty.
  • We hope students will wear their finest to celebrate this special moment, particularly their Commencement tie or bracelet.
  • At each residence, those delivering diplomas will capture two pictures: graduates with their diplomas, and graduates with their diplomas and their families. Thayer Communications will create a video for all seniors and their families with these images and audio of Mr. Thompson reading each graduate's name.
  • At 20:20, each graduate is invited to light the candle from their care package.
