Drop-In Student Yoga is offered year-round after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 - 4:45 in the Environmental House on campus. Each session involves breath-work, standing postures, balance postures, seated postures and a final resting pose. Modifications are given so that students of all abilities, even those with physical injuries, can safely participate. Email Ms. Lodge (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more details.
